Terms of Service

These Terms govern the business execution support provided by Canton Concierge (“we”, “us”) to international companies and their representatives (“you”). By engaging our services you agree to the terms below. They are a summary of our working arrangement and are complemented by the specific scope, dates and fees agreed in each booking confirmation.

1. Scope of services

We provide on-the-ground business execution support in China, including:

We are a business execution partner, not a travel agency, tour operator or translation-only vendor. We do not manufacture goods, hold inventory, or guarantee supplier performance; our role is to help you communicate, verify and execute locally.

2. Illustrative materials

Any sample reports, scorecards or verification examples shown on this site are SAMPLE / ILLUSTRATIVE and are provided to demonstrate format and depth. They do not represent a specific client, audit outcome or guarantee of results, and all identifying details are fictional or anonymised.

3. Booking & confirmation

A booking is confirmed once we have acknowledged your dates, scope and location and (where applicable) received the reservation deposit. We recommend confirming trade-show and travel dates as early as possible, as on-site availability is limited during major fairs.

4. Fees & payment

5. Cancellation & rescheduling

Deposits are refundable or transferable according to the notice period in your confirmation. Cancellations close to confirmed fair dates may be subject to a partial charge reflecting committed local arrangements. We will always discuss fair options with you first.

6. Confidentiality & NDA

All supplier names, pricing, drawings, contracts and commercial information you share are handled under a strict NDA and secure-data practice. We will not disclose your supplier relationships or commercial details to third parties without your written permission, except where required by law.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We are not liable for the quality, legality or performance of suppliers you choose to work with; supplier due diligence is advisory and does not transfer legal responsibility for sourcing decisions to us.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without prejudice to mandatory consumer or data-protection provisions that apply to you by virtue of your country of residence (including the EU GDPR where relevant). Disputes are resolved in good faith first, then through the competent courts agreed in your booking confirmation.
